Hi, I’m Kajal — a marketing professional living in Germany for the past 6 years, passionate about helping people take the next step in their professional journey.

Over the years, I’ve worked across various industries and roles, which has given me a deep understanding of what employers look for and how job seekers can position themselves. I know the job search can be stressful, confusing, and extremely overwhelming — but remember, you only need to crack one interview to get a job, and that’s exactly why I created this service: to provide clear guidance, practical tools, and confidence-building support.

My path has been anything but linear. I started as a student, took on part-time jobs, transitioned to full-time roles, explored freelancing, and learned to navigate the infamous German bureaucracy along the way. These experiences taught me not only resilience but also the strategies to adapt, grow, and thrive in unfamiliar environments.

Another big reason I do this is because I’ve been there myself. I know what it feels like to be stuck, lost, and waiting for a chance. At one point, I was unemployed for several years. I tried everything to secure interviews — going door-to-door on LinkedIn, sending countless messages to founders, HR professionals, and recruitment agencies, making numerous phone calls every day, and asking every acquaintance for a referral.

Did it work? No. And here’s why: it wasn’t the lack of effort holding me back — it was the lack of preparation. I wasn’t ready. I struggled with communication, I didn’t know how to structure my answers in interviews, and I couldn’t show my value effectively.

The moment I started working on these skills — focusing on preparation instead of just effort — everything changed. Within 5 months, I landed a job.

Because if you’re waiting for “luck,” it’s not going to happen. It’s not luck — it’s preparation. And with the right guidance, you can drastically improve your chances.

When I’m not here, you’ll find me exploring local places, connecting with new people, or simply enjoying the small everyday moments that make living abroad such a rewarding experience.
